By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
All content on the Site — including cost ranges in our pool cost guide, budget examples, timelines, photos, videos, and renderings — is provided for information and planning purposes only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quote, or contract. Every custom pool is priced individually after a design consultation and site evaluation, and a binding agreement exists only when both parties sign a written construction contract that complies with Arizona law.
Timeline figures on the Site describe typical construction durations under normal conditions and exclude permitting, HOA approvals, weather, inspection scheduling, utility work, change requests, and other events outside our reasonable control. Timelines are targets, not guarantees, except as expressly stated in a signed construction contract.
We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Financing, where offered, is provided by independent third-party lenders, is subject to their underwriting and your creditworthiness, and is available on approved credit (OAC) only. Any payment figures discussed are illustrative estimates, not offers of credit.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POOLS R US ARIZONA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER ARIZONA LAW, INCLUDING RIGHTS UNDER A SIGNED CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OR ARIZONA CONTRACTOR LAW (A.R.S. TITLE 32, CHAPTER 10).
Pools R Us Arizona LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors — ROC 360721. You can verify our license at azroc.gov. Residential construction in Arizona is regulated by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and qualifying homeowners who contract with a licensed residential contractor may have access to the Arizona Residential Contractors' Recovery Fund. Complaint procedures are available through the Registrar of Contractors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pools R Us Arizona LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes under a signed construction contract are governed by that contract and applicable Arizona contractor law.
Pools R Us Arizona is committed to making the Site usable by everyone. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as our standard — including keyboard-navigable controls, text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, and reduced-motion-tolerant design — and we review the Site on an ongoing basis. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
